We are looking for an occupational therapy practitioner (COTA) to join us in our clinic part time from 1:00 - 6:30 during the week. If your availability doesn't align perfectly with the hours we are looking for, we can be flexible!
We work with families with children between the ages of 2 and 14 who are navigating dysregulation, sensory sensitivities, attention challenges, & other day to day struggles associated with family life. We are ready to hire now!
- Implement individual treatment plans
- Develop fun & novel activities to meet client’s individual goals
- Communicate with parents during/after therapy sessions to provide summary of what was worked on during the session & to share any progress updates or recommendations for what to work on outside of therapy

- Compensation starting at $30/visit (W2 employee status - not a contract position)

We are seeking a high-energy, play-based, neuroaffirming, and highly skilled Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive pediatric therapy services, managing clinical operations, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and clinic efficiency. They must possess effective communication skills with parents and team members, as well as the ability to connect with the child.
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and reevaluations to develop detailed plans of care and measurable goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including all necessary preparation and post-session clean-up.
- Maintain proactive parent communication and provide tailored home programs to support progress.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including daily notes and progress summaries.
- Supervise COTA staff, providing mentorship and official sign-off on clinical notes.
- Collaborate on establishing and achieving strategic clinic goals.
- Manage facility operations, including opening and closing procedures and clinical organization.
- Maintain a safe environment by cleaning and sanitizing all therapeutic equipment.
- Monitor and track personal and team productivity metrics.
