Comfort Items

Make your calming corner cozy by adding soft textures in the form of blankets, pillows, bean bags, stuffed animals, and rugs. Bonus points if any of these items are weighted!

Having a designated smaller space can also be very calming. This could be a fort, tent, or closet.

Screen Free Activities

Help your child focus on the present moment by providing different types of activities that they can use their eyes and hands to experience. This could look like reading their favorite books, playing with a wooden train set, building legos, or drawing.
